This website is operated by Libos Limited. As a user of this website you acknowledge that any uses of this website including any transactions you make are subject to our terms and conditions below.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

The website adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, The Electric Commerce Regulations 2002 and the Data Protection Act 1998 Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time.

The website service will require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password.  The Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete.

All Passwords details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you.

In the event that you have any concerns regarding your password details or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us.

In regards to knife related products we will ask if you are over 18 years of age.  This is because we sell knives in our kitchen pack and we are obliged by law under the dangerous weapons act not to sell knives to under 18’s. 

If you wish to purchase the kitchen pack and you are under 18, then you will receive the kitchen pack without the knives at a discounted price.  If you are over 18, then the full pack including the knives will be delivered.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

ORDER PROCESS

You can register an account and log in to order items from Unipacks.com, please see the register account option on the FAQ’s or you can also check out as a guest.

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Select your required products from the product list then click the “add to basket” button and continue shopping until you are ready to checkout. 

When you click on “checkout” option menu, this will show the final details of your order, if you are happy with your order, click the “submit” order button, which will direct you to the payment screen to enter your card details or refer to the PayPal Account or Alipay portal. 

If your payment is successful, you will be returned to a confirmation order screen. We will automatically send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered and price.  If however, the payment has rejected and the reason, we will request you try checking out again and using alternative payment using the above process.  Only when full payment is accepted will you receive an email confirmation of order.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless you cancel it. Please print out this email in case needed in future.

PAYMENT

PayPal or Alipay will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order and only when PayPal or Alipay have checked your card details and we have checked the stock availability.

Goods are subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time we receive your order, which will include all delivery charges and VAT.

Payment can be made using the PayPal or Alipay payment systems.

We will deliver the stated goods to your preferred delivery address providing we have received the total balance due.

All prices are shown in £s sterling with VAT included.

DELIVERY

We use a courier service and deliver to the UK and Ireland.  We will despatch your package the day before your requested delivery date in order for it to arrive on your selected date.

Please note if you require your pack urgently, we require at least 48 hours notice to allow for delivery.

We will endeavour to stick to the delivery charges and estimated timescales agreed, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors such as bad weather or postal strikes. We will not be liable for failure to deliver the products if the circumstances are beyond our reasonable control.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have found that something is missing or damaged in the pack then please contact us within 7 days and please do not use any of the items. 

If we request, you have 21 days from receipt to return the pack or damaged item to us.  We will then send out a new pack/item to you. If you do not send the items back within 21 days we cannot replace the missing or damaged item and no refund will be given.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, if the products have not already left for delivery.

If you find you do not require the items once it has been delivered to you then you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the product in the original condition that it was sent, within 21 days of receipt. 

The pack should not have been opened or tampered with in any way. It is suggested that you return this by recorded delivery, so that you have proof that you have returned it to us within 21 days. 

If it is returned within the 21 days from receipt and is in the condition that we sold it, we will issue a full refund minus the postage cost. 

We have 30 days from the date of receipt by you to refund your money to you.

If the Products are returned after the 21 days or if the product is damaged in any way, then we will NOT issue a refund.

COMPLAINTS

We will respond to complaints within 3 working days. You can contact us by email, telephone or letter. Please see the contact us section on our home page for this information.

MISC

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the UK and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

We have selected our products on the basis that these products will be used for domestic use only.

To provide increased value to our customers, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion.

These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and Libos Limited relating to the use of this website (including the ordering of products) and set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Libos limited for your use of this website.
