How do I register an account?

Click on the “account“ menu option on the top right hand of the screen, then fill out all the relevant fields and submit the form.

 

How do I log in?

Click on the ” login “ menu option on the top right hand of the screen and enter your username and password, if you have forgotten your password, please click the ”forgotten password” link.

 

How do I see what orders i have placed?

You will need to login, then click on the “my account” option on the top right hand of the screen and it will take you to a summary of your account.

 

How do I check out?

Click on the ”checkout “menu option in the cart, the website will then forward you to a confirmation screen which will show the final details of your order, if you are happy with your order, click the submit order button, which will then transfer you to a request for delivery details and the delivery dates required.

After you have entered these details, you will be forwarded to the payment screen and have the option to choose PayPal or Alipay. The website will forward you to the PayPal or Alipay portal to complete the payment.

When the order is complete, the payment website will take you back to our confirmation screen and an email will be sent to you confirming the sale.

 

Where do my card details go?

We do not directly hold any card details; they are processed by PayPal or Alipay.

 

Is this site secure?

The Unipacks website uses the regulation standard 128 bit encryption on its website, so be sure your personal information is safe and secure. Our payment gateways are also secure.

 

What bank do you use to process your orders?

We use HSBC bank to process all your payments.

 

Why do I need a pack from you?

We provide a service that eliminates the need to rush around shopping for all the items you require to live, all you have to do is just press a few buttons on our website and it will be delivered to your door at the time to suit you.

 

How long until my order arrives?

The orders are sent to the logistics company the day before you order will be delivered to your address. The delivery date will be on the date you requested.

If you require the packs urgently, we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours to deliver a pack from the point of sale.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We use a courier service and deliver to the UK mainland and NI.

What if I am not there to receive delivery?

If you have selected delivery to your residence then if no one is there to sign, the courier will return the package back to the local depot and leave contact details with you stating they tried to deliver the package.

The Courier will try one more time to deliver the package the next day but if no luck then it will be returned to the depot again and you will have to arrange collection with City Link.

What if I need to amend my order?

If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible before we send your package for delivery.

 

What if I have a problem ordering online?

If you can’t order online please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to take you order.

 

Do I have to pay the outstanding balance before i receive my packs?

Yes, as we do not currently offer credit to customers.

 

Are my details safe with you?

We do not share your information with any third party companies and we do not directly hold any card details; they are processed by HSBC through the PayPal/Alipay portal.

 

I have items missing or damaged, what can I do?

If you have found that something is missing or damaged in the pack then we request you send the whole pack back to us, please do not use any of the items. If you find there is a problem with the pack then you will need to contact us within 7 day of receipt of the pack.

You have 21 days from receipt to return the pack to us. We will then send out a new pack to you. If you do not send the items back within 21 days we cannot replace the missing or damaged item and no refund will be given.
